Nancy's cause of death was manic exhaustion, with a contributory cause of manic-depressive psychosis. Her former residence was Pike Co., Ky. She was enumerated as Nancy Chatham in the 1920 census of ESH and Nancy Smith in the 1930 census of the same. Confused? So am I!
