PATRICIA M. MCGARR Pat M. McGarr of Albany, OR, passed away May 11, 2014 in Oroville, CA, at the age of 75. Pat was born November 21, 1938 to Charles and Gladys Smith. Pat grew up with her three siblings; brothers, Jack and Monte; sister, Marge Palmer in Northern California. She is survived by her two children, David McGarr and Kim Brown, two grandchildren, Jenny and Kevin Campbell, great-grandson, Daxton Campbell. Shell be greatly missed!
