She is survived by 2 daughters, 1 son, 2 sisters, and 1 brother. 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
Private services (Family Only) Hazel will be laid to rest by her husband Robert Everhart at the Riverside National Cemetery. Trident Society, San Diego, Calif. in charge of arrangements.
