"EVALENA S. BELL
Funeral services for Mrs. Evalena S. Bell, Talent, who died Thursday, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Conger-Morris downtown chapel. The Rev. William A. Saladin of the Phoenix Presbyterian Church will officiate. Committal will be in Phoenix Cemetery.
Mrs. Bell was born Oct. 26, 1872, in Kansas, and had lived in Southern Oregon for 74 years. She was married Nov. 17, 1895, in Phoenix, Ore., to Thomas J. Bell, who died in 1958.
Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ada Wellborn, Medford; two sisters, Mrs. Lou King and Mrs. Jessie Dollard, both of Bremerton, Wash., a brother-in-law, Bert Bell, Talent; three grandchildren, Darrell Bell, Medford, Thomas M. Bell, Myrtle Creek, and Mrs. Doris Reeder, Provolt; six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. A son, Floyd V. Bell, and a daughter, Angie E. Bell, preceded her in death.
Casket bearers will include Bert Bell, Everett Bailey, G. M. Goddard, Lloyd Lacy, John Baldwin, and George Hartley."
