Mrs. LEROY S. OLDHAM
Mrs. Nora M. Oldham, 82, widow of Leroy S. Oldham, a resident of Airport Road, died at Putnam Memorial Hospital Saturday.
The daughter of Norman and Hattie (Perry) Slade, she was born in Bennington Aug 21, 1894 and received her education in the Bennington area. She first was married to Clarence Potter and later became the wife of Mr. Oldham.
Survivors are five sons, Kenneth G. Oldham of Airport Road; Leroy S. Jr. of Louisville, Ky.; Nicholas and Robert, both of Bennington, and Earl Potter, also of Bennington; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Lura) Prouty Sr. of Bennington; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at Hanson-Walbridge Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard D. Campbell, First Unite Methodist Church pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Hinsdillville Cemetery in the family plot.
