Mrs. Miriam L, Lindsey, wife of John J. Lindsey, died at 12:30 this afternoon, at the Johnson hotel, of pneumonia, after an Illness of two weeks, when she was brought from the ranch and placed under the care, of a physician. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
Mrs. Lindsey was born at Pierpont, N.H. forty years ago, and came with her parents to Albany county when 12 years of age. She was the daughter of Mrs. L.M. Simpson, the sister of Mrs. Alfred Cook, Mrs. William Doyle, Mrs. William Babcock of Buffalo, Wyo., Mr. Harvey Simpson of Old Mexico and Ben Simpson of the Big Laramie river. She leaves her husband and two children, Ruth, aged 18, and Alonzo, aged 26 years.
