Burlington Weekly Free Press, Jan. 2, 1919 page 5: Mrs. Frederick S. Angus. Mrs. Geraldine Simonds Angus, wife of Frederick S. Angus, died yesterday afternoon at her home on College street after a short illness with pneumonia. Besides her husband, she is survived by her father Edward Simonds, and by one brother C. Durell Simonds both of 203 Maple street. She was born Dec. 21, 1888, the daughter of Edward and Lottie Brooks Simonds. She attended public school of this city and entered Rogers Hall, a private school for girls, at Lowell, Mass. She was a member of the Baptist Church and Temple Chapter, O.E.S. Mrs. Angus sudden death will bring sorrow to her many friends. She had lived all her life in this city, and had a wide circle of friends and acquaintances. The funeral was held at then Baptist Church Sunday afternoon with burial in Lake View cemetery.
