Mrs. Dora Lee Simmons Babcock, 71, of Canton, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Atlanta.
Graveside services will be held at 1pm Monday, August 27, 2012 at Rolling Hills Memory Gardens with Rev. William Faucett officiating.
Mrs. Babcock was a homemaker and a member of Hollydale Methodist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Jennie Mae Simmons; sister, Betty Robertson; and brother, Calvin "Buck" Simmons. Survivors include her husband, Richard Babcock of Canton; children, Richard Babcock, Jr. of Marietta, Deborah Garrison of Alpharetta, Tamatha Fincher of Cumming, Greg Babcock of Canton; 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and one expectant grandson named Jake.
