Alean is not buried in Oakwood. Charles Elkin is buried with his first wife, Alma.
Maybe she is buried with her third husband?
If she died in 1991 in Livonia, check Glen Eden (Lutheran) Memorial Park on 8 mile in Livonia and the two big Livonia Cemeteries.
If you are within driving distance, just go to the office and ask if she is buried there. They will tell you.
