Mrs. George Carl died at her home in Ancramdale Tuesday. Her daughter, Mrs. Florence Hoysradt, was with her at the time. Her maiden name was Cora Elizabeth Sigler, born 63 years ago, daughter of Walter & Sarah Wolcott Sigler. All her life was spent in the vicinity of Ancram. She married George Carl of Ancram on Dec. 5, 1894, and is survived by her husband, son Floyd, daughter Florence, whose late husband, J. Rusell Hoysradt, was buried only 2 weeks ago; 2 granchildren, Carolyn & Marion Hoysradt.

Obituary says she was the daughter of Sarah Wolcott Sigler, but Sarah died in 1862, five years before Cora was born. On the 1870 census, Walter's wife's name was Mary.
