Pauline Mary Morganroth, 86 of Monticello, and formerly of Annandale, Frazee and St. Cloud, died Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at the Monticello - Big Lake Nursing Home of Monticello.
    Funeral services were held on Saturday, August 11 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Henry's Catholic Church of Monticello with Father Tim Rudolphi officiating. Visitation took place on Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Peterson - Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Further visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral at the church on Saturday. Interment at St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery of Perham. Funeral arrangements were with the Peterson - Grimsmo Chapel of Monticello.

Pauline was born on January 4, 1921 in Perham to Edward and Kundigunda (Dietlein) Siebels. She attended country school in Gorman Township and later graduated from Perham High School. She then worked at the Perham Creamery and Drahmann's Department Store in Perham.
  On October 20, 1944 she was united in marriage to William Morganroth in Atlantic City, NJ while Bill was in the U.S. Navy. The couple lived in various communities including Annandale, Frazee and St. Cloud and in Monticello for the past several years. While living in Annandale Pauline was instrumental in establishing Camp Friendship on Clearwater Lake near Annandale. Pauline was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church of Monticello.

Pauline is survived by her husband William "Bill"; children - Sandra Schauer of Buffalo, Kathryn Morganroth of Buffalo, Mary (Randy) Stotz of Mitchell, SD, Thomas (Beverly) Morganroth of Chippewa Falls, WI; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and sister Agnes Schwanz of Perham.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Michael Morganroth in 2005; granddaughter Stephanie Schauer and six brothers and sisters.
