Funeral services for Mrs. Sandra Elaine Dizmond, age 61, of Bonham will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 7, 2008 at New Zion Baptist Church. Officiating will be Rev. Rodney Sprayberry interment will follow in Lamasco Cemetery. Mrs. Dizmond passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2008 in Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman.
She was born on March 26, 1946 in Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Wilburn and Ona Woodall Shores.
Mrs. Dizmond was married to Pete Dizmond on August 3, 1996 in Azle, Texas. She was a Teachers Aid in the Ector Elementery School System.
Survivors are her Husband – Pete Dizmond of Bonham; Daughters – Renee Carter of Little Rock, Arkansas and Kathy Horn & husband Jim of Granbury, TX; Mother – Ona Shores of Azle, TX; Grandchildren – Wesley Carter, Payne Carter, Mathew Carter, Kanaan Horn and Trinity Horn. Sisters – Betty Anders of Azle, TX and Beverley Hutton of Colorado Springs, CO. Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
