ELLETTSVILLE — Nina Belle Pryor, 82, of Ellettsville, died Friday at the Residence at McCormick's Creek in Spencer.
She was born July 25, 1926, in Bloomington to Fred and Margaret J. (Lemon) Shinn. She married Paris Oliver Pryor Nov. 10, 1947, in Franklin.
Nina was a homemaker. She was a member of the VFW and American Legion of Spencer.
She is survived by a son, Tommy Joe (Debbie) Pryor of Spencer; a daughter, Belinda Ann Young of Ellettsville; a sister, Nancy Brawley of Upton, Ky.; and four grandchildren, Regina Bartlett, Rachel Nielsen, Trent Young and Joseph Pryor.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Jim Shinn, William Shinn and Norman Shinn; and three sisters, Thelma Steele, Ruth Harris and Milly Grace.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chandler Funeral Home in Ellettsville, with Pastor Kevin Albert officiating. Interment will be in Presbyterian Cemetery.
