HENRY SHTERLY, WELL KNOWN LAKE MAN, FOUND DEAD IN BED, AGED 80.
Henry Sherterly, a civil war veteran aged 80 years, who lived with a daughter two miles northwest of Edwardsburg, was found dead in bed from heart disease Wednesday morning. Mr. Shetterly for many years lived on the east bank of Juno Lake, near Adamsville, and had a boat livery there. He was well known to the majority of Elkhart fishermen. After his wife died a few years ago he spent much time in this city, most of it at the Central fire startion.
Mr. Shetterly is survived by four sons, William, George, Amos and Lewis Shetterly, and two married daughters. The funeral services were held at the home this afternoon.
