Annie was born Beatrice Louise Sheppard to James Sheppard and Margarite "Mary" Louise Tate Sheppard of Yoakum, Lavaca County, Texas. She was married to her first husband George Kenner Sedwick and, they had a son Henry Preston "Red" Sedwick, they both preceded her in death in 1918 and 1945, they are both buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in Yoakum, Lavaca County,Texas,along side her Parents.

Annie's second marriage was to Felix Claude Noessel, he preceded her in death in 1952, and is buried in City Cemetery #4 in San Antonio,Bexar County,Texas, by his first wife Minnie. As far as I know Annie and Felix had no children. Annie died in the Boerne Rest Home in Boerne, Kendall County,Texas.
