Wanda Sexton Armstrong, 86, of Jackson, KY, departed this earthly life on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at the UK Hospital of a brief illness. She was born March 5, 1924 in Knott County. and was the daughter of the late S.N. and Ida Thomas Sexton. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: George Armstrong; daughter: Marie Slothower; two sisters: Olga Turley and Nolda Mullins. Survivors include: Daughter: Susan (David) Duff of Chavies, KY Two grandchildren: Lora (Chad) Warrix of Nashville, TN and Ryan (Heather) Duff of Chavies, KY. Two great grandchildren: Elijah and Olivia Warrix. Two brothers: Jack Sexton of Somerset, KY and Sherril Sexton of Dayton, OH. Son-in-law: Andrew Slothower of Louisville, KY.
