FORT WORTH - Frances Craft, 66, a retired seamstress, died Monday, March 24, 1997, at a Fort Worth nursing facility.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Wednesday at Victory Assembly of God, 7101 Airport Freeway in Fort Worth. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Shannon North Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Craft passed away four days short of her 67th birthday. She was born March 28, 1930, in Lawrence, Miss., to Wilson and Norma Harrell Sessions. She moved to Fort Worth in the spring of 1954 and worked as a seamstress for the Williamson-Dickey Company and Local Uniform Company.
She was an inspiration to many people.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ethel Craft, in 1989.
Survivors: Sons, Duane Craft of Burleson and Glen A. Craft of Fort Worth; daughters, Pat Gilley and Renee Arterbury, both of Fort Worth; mother, Mrs. Norma Sessions of Philadelphia, Miss.; sisters, Gwen Watkins of Philadelphia, Miss., Lois Thomas of Birmingham, Ala., and Gloria Hough of Fort Worth; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
