Mary T. Bradley passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. She was 75 years old.
Mary T. Bradley was born on May 3, 1931 in Baltimore, MD to the late Henry J. Seltzer and Alice Gernert Seltzer. She attended Glen Burnie High School, graduating class of 1950, and later attended Fleet School. On May 18, 1951, she married Earl R. Bradley and resided in Baltimore until 1952 when they moved to Grasonville, MD. Mrs. Bradley began working at the Waffle House until coming home and assisting her husband on the water as a seafood harvester. In the 1960's, she began working for Perfect Garment Company as a seamstress, until their closing in 1980.
Mrs. Bradley enjoyed crossword puzzles and her grandchildren.
She is survived by three children, Donna L. Councell, Robin S. Geesaman and Brenda L. Boyd; three siblings, Howard Seltzer, Ronnie Reynolds and Jay Seltzer; eleven grandchildren, Jamie Bradley, Cathy Colburn, Stephanie Smith, Kristen Thomas, Brooke Horney, Ashley Gessaman, Jason, Justin Boyd, Trevor Boyd, Brinna Boyd, T.R. Councell; and twelve great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Earl R. Bradley, one sister, Letitia Warner, one son, Paul R. Bradley, and one grandson, Matthew Councell, predeceased her.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Easton, MD.
