East Palestine Mrs. Dorothy Selby Coe, 95, formerly of 66 S. Washington St., passed away at 6:15 p.m. Friday, April 20th at the Parkside Health Care Center, Columbiana, where she had resided for the past five years.

Dorothy was born on March 28, 1912 in New Waterford, a daughter of the late Howard and Margaret Wilhelm Huffman, and had resided in the East Palestine and New Waterford areas for most of her life. She had at one time been employed with the former W.S. George Pottery in a number of capacities over the years.

Her first husband, Chester Selby, whom she married in 1931, preceded her in death in 1961. Walter W. Coe, her second husband, passed away August 10, 1979, after ten years of marriage. A son, Richard Selby, and five brothers also preceded her in death.

Dorothy is survived by a son, Jerry D. Selby, East Palestine; a daughter, Patricia Lambert, Youngstown. She also leaves a nephew, who was like a son, Jack Huffman, of East Palestine, six grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Burns Memorial Chapel, Glenview Cemetery, with Rev. Donald Aull, interim pastor of the First United Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow in the cemetery. Friends will be received at the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday
