William K. (Bud) Seiler, 87, Pekin, died Saturday morning, Dec. 22, 2007, at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany.
Born Feb. 26, 1920, in New Albany, he was the son of the late William C. and Bessie L. McCafferty Seiler.
He was a former employee of The Hoosier Panel in New Albany, the former owner and operator of the Bud Seiler Radio and TV Repair Service from which he retired 45 years to his farm in Pekin, a charter member of Holy Family Catholic Church in New Albany and attended St. Michael's Catholic Church in Bradford.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Loretta Jean Larner; an infant son, Billy Lee Seiler; and a brother, Ernest B. Seiler.
Survivors include a daughter, Becky Hollander; and two granddaughters.
Visitation: Wednesday, Dec. 26, from 4 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Dec. 27, from noon to 8 p.m. with a rosary service at 6 p.m. at Kraft Funeral Service in New Albany.
Funeral Mass: Friday, Dec. 28, at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church followed by burial in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery in New Albany.
The family suggests memorial gifts to St. Michael's or Holy Family Catholic churches.
