She is survived by one daughter, Beverly Hood; one son, Gerald Leonard (Mary) Seidelman of Florida; four grandchildren, Debbie Hood, Mrs. Bobby (Melanie) Brunet, Michael Lee Seidelman and Denise Lynn Seidelman; and by one great-grandchild, Brayleigh Brunet. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard John Seidelman Jr.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles (Hermina Groth) Gast; and one son-in-law, David Hood.
Mrs. Seidelman and her husband were married in Chicago on June 23, 1928. The couple spent the next 38 years together. Funeral services were held June 16 at Lutheran Home and Services in Arlington Heights. Burial took place on the family plot at St. Luke Cemetery in Chicago where she will be buried next to her husband. Arrangements were handled by the G.L. Hills Funeral Home in Des Plaines.
