Born in Spanish Fork, Utah to Dewey Randolph and Claudia Johnson Seeley. Graduated from Orem High School in 1963. Employed at Geneva Steel as a millwright in the foundry department. Retired after 30 years of service. Married and later divorced. A true western cowboy. Loved the outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and was true rodeo man. Belonged to several riding clubs including Provo, Salem and Utah County Mounted Posse. Participated in numerous rodeo events throughout the Intermountain West. Winning regional and state titles. Loved animals, especially his horse Vandy. Survived by two daughters Kim (Rodger) Olson and Chris McWillams; 5 grandsons and 2 granddaughters; his mother, Claudia Johnson Seeley; and sisters Claudia Glee (Lynn) Anderson and Carla (Mike) Brown; Francis Tanner, best friend and soul mate, whom Dave enjoyed spending his last years with and who cared for him with love and compassion beyond compare. Predeceased by father Dewey R. Seeley and sister Hattie Jean Seeley.
