MARY FRANCES MOATS, 80, of Potomac Towers Hagerstown, MD passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at Julia Manor Nursing Home Hagerstown, MD.
Born, April 5, 1933 in Stanley, Virginia to the late William Homer and Rozettie Mae Housden Seekford.
She was of the Protestant Faith.
She was a Homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Luther Moats in 1974.
She was the last surviving member of her family.
She was also predeceased by a son Ronald W. Moats and two brothers William M. Seekford and Stanley J. Seekford.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, October 31, 2013 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Robert V. Robinson officiating.
