"Mrs. Gesner Seale Abernathy 77 of Moundville, was among five persons killed Saturday in a two car collision near Marion. (Perry County AL) She was a passenger in an automobile driven by her daughter who was injured. A native of Akron, AL and the widow of Percy Abernathy who had been a night policeman at Moundville a number of years. Survived by five brothers, Doc, Ed, Robert, Watson and Gordon Seale all of Akron; four sisters, Maggie, Annie, Helen and Idelle; twwo daughters and two sons.
