Tristin Scruggs, 18 of Dayton passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2012 at this home in Dayton. He was a loving son, grandson, cousin and friend.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Martha Catholic Church in Kingwood. A Rite of Committal will be in Bandera where he will be laid to rest next to his grandmother.
Tristin attended Kingwood High Scholl where he lettered in Track and Hurdles. He was the captain of the Yell Squad, loved Lacrosse, riding dirt bikes, four wheeling and music. Tristin played the violin, guitar and piano. Tristin also loved to go camping.
Tristin is survived by his father, Michael Scrugs; mother, Suzy Goad; grandmother, Reva Scruggs; his maternal grandfather, Joe Goodenough, his maternal great-grandmother, Judy Goodenough, uncle Jimmy Goodenough, his paternal grandmother Reva Scruggs, paternal grandfather Jesse Scruggs, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He is predeceased by his beloved grandmother, Robbie Goodenough, and great grandfather John Goodenough.
Interment in Bandera Cemetery, Bandera,Texas.
