Wanda was born March 26, 1937 in Knoxville, TN to Horace and Nola Matthews.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Clyde J. Scott on July 9, 2011, son: Gerald Haynes and brother: Patrick Brown. She is survived by her sons: Hugh Haynes, Ricky Haynes, daughter: Sheila Carley and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
