Mrs. Barley was a former bookkeeper for the Owens-Illinois Glass Container Co., Chicago. She was a member of the Mississinewa Eastern Star, Swayzee Street United Methodist Church and the Wednesday Study Club and Missionary Society of the church.
She is survived by one son, Louis, Mooresville, Ind.; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Diggs Funeral Home, 504 W. Third St., Marion, with the Rev. Howard Pearson officiating. Burial will be in Grant Memorial Park cemetery, Marion.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
