OTTO B. SCHMID
Former village clerk of New Paltz for a number of years, Otto B. Schmid, 82, died Thursday night in North Wales, Pa. He had been ill for some time.
Mr. Schmid had been making his home with relatives in North Wales over a long period. He was a native of New Paltz and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schmid. He was a life member of the New Paltz Fire department.
Funeral services were conducted at the Pine Funeral home. The Rev. Gerret J. Wullschleger, minister of the New Paltz Reformed Church officiated. Burial was in the New Paltz Rural Cemetery.
