4 Feb 1957: Christ Schissler, 70, of 341 E. Guilford St., died early, Sunday morning in Lebanon Sanatorium Hospital. He was a retired employee of the Bethlehem Steel Company machine shop. He was a member of the St. Gertrude Catholic Church, the Holy Name Society, St. Gertrude Club, and the Maennerchor Club. In addition to his wife, Mrs. Mary Schissler (nee Ill); he leaves one sister, Mrs. Catherine Moritz, Lebanon; a brother, residing in Europe; and a number of nieces and nephews.
