She married Oliver Gordon in 1892 and they had 13 children: Elmer, Theodore, Reba, Cora, Norman, Ruth, Oscar, Edith, Flora, Webster, Bertha, Luther and Ralph. All of the children were born in Revere, Bucks, Pennsylvania.
Sometime in the 1916-1918 period the family moved to Easton, Northumberland, Pennsylvania. In the fall of 1918 the influenza pandemic took the lives of Elmer and Theodore both on 22 Oct; Norman on 24 Oct; and Webster on 9 Nov. They are all buried near each other in Nockamixon Union Cemetery.
