Mrs. Zelda Boston, long time resident of the Waverly community, died Wednesday morning, October 28 at Modern Care Nursing Home in Jacksonville where she had been a patient for the past several years.
She was born February 5, 1891 at Carlyle, Ill., the daughter of the late Henry and Mary Plum Scheele.
Five sons survive: Maurice of Waverly; Louis of Belvidere; Glenn of Franklin; and Wayne and James of Jacksonville.
There are ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at Christ Lutheran church in this city with Rev. Meyer officiating.
Burial was in Waverly East Cemetery.
