Margaret M. Creamer 65, of 1415 King Ave., died Saturday night, April 4, 1992 at the Muscatine Care Center.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 8 at the Ralph J. Wittich Funeral Home. The Rev. Paul Ostrem of Zion Lutheran Church will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Lanny Creamer, Leroy Truesdale, Leo Truesdale, Randy Stegall, Tim Stegall and Jerry Paul Stegall. Burial will be at the Fairport Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday. A memorial has been established.
Mrs. Creamer was born Nov. 13, 1926 at Reedsville, Pa., a daughter of Paul and Rella Rowe Schaaf.
She married Robert G. Creamer on May 21, 1945 in Portland Maine.
Survivors include two sons Robert W. Creamer of Iowa City, and Richard E. Creamer of Wilton; one daughter, Christal L. Bell of West Point, Miss., 13 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; her mother Rella Schaaf of Muscatine; one brother, Donald Schaaf of Muscatine; and one sister, Thelma Stegall. of Wapello.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1968; her father Paul; a daughter, Carol; a sister Nancy; a brother, David; and one grandchild.
I talked to Margaret several times she gave me alot of information on the family.
She was a very loving wife and mother as she always put them before herself. She always had a
pleasant word and a friendly smile.
