Marjorie H. Byers, 75, of Bloomington, passed away at 11:48 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 10, 2015) with her family by her side at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.
Marjorie was born Oct. 21, 1939 in Bloomington, the daughter of Charles and Helen Oleson Sawyer. She married Kenneth A. Byers on Oct. 21, 1957 in Bloomington. He survives.
Also surviving are four children, Marty (Judy) Byers, Floyd (Dana) Byers, Elizabeth Kay Byers and David Byers; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one brother, Elmer Sawyer.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
