Janice R. Saunders, 80, a resident of Greenville for 33 years, died Jan. 29, 2012, at Medical City Hospital in Plano.
At her request, no local services will be held. A memorial will be held at a later date in San Antonio. Janice will be interred with her husband, John Gregory Saunders Sr., at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Janice traveled the world in support of her husband's career. She reared nine children across three continents.
Janice is survived by nine children, 28 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She devoted her life to her children and family. She will be greatly missed.
