Mary Edna (DeLoach) DeLoach Sauls, of Varnville, departed this life on the morning August 5, 2009 in Pelion, after an extended illness.
Born June 25th, 1928 in Varnville, she was the daughter of the late Charles Devie DeLoach and Mary Jeanette "Nette" Crosby DeLoach.
Mary was a seamstress and a member of the Hopewell Baptist Church where she was active with the Senior Citizens Group.
She was the widow of Marion Eugene DeLoach and William Robert Sauls and is survived by one son: William Eugene DeLoach of Varnville, two daughters: Mary Jeanette Wingate of Ridge Springs, SC, and Rosanell Stanley Tagliavia of Sun Valley, NV, one sister: Dorothy McAlhaney of Varnville; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Sauls was also predeceased by two sisters: Irene DeWitt and Allene Peeples.
