DEATH OF MRS. FRED AUSMUS
Mrs. Fred O. Ausmus, well-known resident of Emerson community, died at her home on August 22.
Elizabeth Harding (sic) Samuels (sic), daughter of George S. and Lucretia Samuels (sic), was born in Marion county on October 23, 1867. She was married to Fred O. Ausmus, February 10, 1901. She had no children. Her husband survives. Since their marriage they have lived on the Samuels (sic) homestead in this county. She was a devout member of the Christian church and was highly respected in her community
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 21, at Emerson with the Rev. Byron Ingold of Canton, in charge. Burial was at Emerson.
