Manoka Sampson, 71, of Orma, died Tuesday afternoon, April 11, 1989, in Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, following a long illness. She was born in Perkins, Gilmer County, a daughter of the late W. E. and Lona Sullivan Kyser. She was a member of Orma United Methodist Church and was a retired employee of Spencer Stae Hospital. She is survived by her husband Carl Sampson; one brother, Gale Kyser of Round Mountain, Calif. Services were held at Orma United Methodist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery.
