Blanche E Albertson
Blanche Elvira, the second child born to Charles and Adeline Sherman Salisbury, was born in Cleveland February 17, 1873, and departed this life June 7, 1920, aged 47 years, 3 months and 19 days.
June 10, 1897, she was united in marriage to Samuel H Albertson, coming to Remson Corners to live, where she spent all of her married life in the home she so loved and cared for.
She was a faithful wife, loving sister, a friend to all, words fail to express her beautiful character, but not one can help feel "it is better to have known her."
In November, 1918, she became a member of the Disciple Church at Remson Corners, being baptized by the Rev. Charles Searles. Always in the best of health, she enjoyed life so much until the past two years of suffering, which she bore so patiently and uncomplainingly always trusting in her Saviour.
She leaves to mourn their loss the sorrowing husband, one sister, Mrs. Bernice Holden, one brother, Dr. Vernal Salisbury and wife, a niece, Mrs. Fern Wideman and husband, a great nephew, Donald Wideman, and a brother-in-law, Albert Albertson, wo made his home with them for several years, besides other relatives and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held at the home at 2 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by Rev. Charles Searles, with burial at Fairview cemetery, Granger.
