HERMAN STURTZ

Herman Sturtz, 52, of 714 York St., Manitowoc, died Monday in Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Schneider and Purath Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev George Knudson will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Drews-Bleser American Legion Post 88 will accord military graveside rites.
Mr. Sturtz was born March 11, 1926 in Oakfield, Wis. He married Rosella Krueger Nov. 8, 1947 in Oakfield. Mr. Sturtz had worked for a mink ranch in New Holstein and was a member of Chilton Eagles Club.
Survivors include his wife, Rosella, three sons, Thomas of Manitowoc and Daniel and Herman Jr. at home; four daughters, Mrs. Gary (Diana) Wollershiem, of Chilton, Mrs. Michael (April) Wilcox of Brillion, Elizabeth of Green Bay and Candy Lee at home; seven brothers and sisters and seven grandchildren.
Friends may call in Schneider and Purath Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
