Grandma Louise was a kind and loving mother and grandmother. In her younger years she married Samuel Louis Buckner and resided on a tobacco farm in Hart Co. Kentucky where she raised her 3 children Robert Louis Buckner, Patricia Delight Buckner McNeely, and Teresa (Gale) Buckner Lowe. She later moved to Illinois and met her second husband Tom Sandy with whom she lived with until her untimely death from the undiagnosed disease Hepatitis C that she contracted from a blood transfusion many years earlier. Although she had been living in Hoopeston, IL for years at the time of her death she passed away in a hospital bed in Indianapolis, Indiana. Some of grandma's gifts where sewing, singing, and beating everyone at a game of cards.
