Renowned British actress, most famous for her performances as 'Miss Marple.' Other memorable performances include 'Madame Arcati' in "Blythe Spirit" (1945). She was awarded an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for "The V.I.P.s" (1963). A poster of Dame Margaret was a popular mural on the walls of college dorm rooms in the late sixties.
