Mrs. Galloway, 54 Dies Unexpectedly.....
Mrs. E. D. Gallaway, 54, resident of Hamby for 13 years and of that community for more than 20 years died in night in her sleep. She apparently had felt quite well all day Sunday and retired about the usual hour. When the family went to call her this morning, she was dead.
Minnie Sue Rust was born in Stephens County, and was married in 1908 to E. D. Gallaway. They moved to the Hamby section more than 20 years ago.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three children Floyd Gallaway and Mrs. Sam Vinson of Nugent, and Ben Gallaway, stationed at Fort Clark in United States army.
Funeral probably will be held Tuesday, but plans will not be announced until further word from the son at Fort Clark.
Laughter Funeral home was in charge of arrangements.
