Campobello, SC - Charles Otis Russell died Wednesday, March 2, 1960 in Spartanburg General Hospital following five months of serious illness. Native of Mill Spring, NC, but had lived in Holly Springs, SC for the past 25 years. Son of William "Bill" and Emma Huntsinger Russell and a retired carpenter. Member of Holly Springs Baptist Church. Survivors included: his wife Mrs. Mattie Blackwell Russell; one son; seven daughters; one foster brother; one foster sister; 19 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
