Nye Rudder. 83, of Clay City, died Friday morning at the Flora Nursing Center at Flora, where he had been a patient for several years.
He was born in the Glenwood community, west of Noble, on January 19, 1888 and was related to the Barnett families near Noble.
He was never married. He is survived by a brother, Guy Rudder of Clay City and a half brother, Alta Fitzgerald of California.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in the Clay City Chapel of the Cardascio-Haslcy Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Dyer of Flora in charge. Friends may call at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hannah Cemetery, northwest of Noble.
