Irene Michelle Rowe, of Oakland Street, Walterboro, SC, wife of Landis Bunton, died on the morning of August 21, 2007 at Colleton Medical Center in Walterboro, SC. She was 30.
Irene was born June 5, 1977 in Ocala, FL, a daughter of Robert "Bob" Rowe Jr. and S. Deloras "Susie" Presley Rowe. She was a 1995 graduate of Summerville High School and was currently attending the Cosmetic Arts Institute in Walterboro, SC, where she was training to become a cosmetologist. Irene enjoyed camping in the outdoors with her family, and was a loving mother of her two children, a devoted wife to her husband, and a cherished daughter to her parents.
Surviving, in addition to her parents and husband, all of Walterboro, SC, are her two children, Amaya Lauren Bunton and Gage Wesley Bunton, both of the home; one brother, Robert Rowe, III of Wilmington, NC; one sister, Maggie Rowe of Summerville, SC; paternal grandmother, Patricia C. Rowe of North Charleston, SC; maternal grandfather, Benton Presley of West Virginia; and mother and father-in-law, Diane and Emory Bunton of Edisto Beach, SC.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Robert Rowe, Sr.; and maternal grandmother, Ruby Presley.
