Born Feb. 23, 1906 in Parkwood, Indiana Co., he was a son of George F. and Luna Nupp Rowe.
Mr. Rowe was an honorary member of the N. Apollo Fire Co. and was retired from the U.S. Steel plant in Vandergrift. Surviving are his widow: Wilda Davis Rowe; one daughter: Mrs, Robert (Connie) Jaworski, Honolulu, Hawaii; three grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters: Bruce, Indiana; Hale B., Apollo RD 4; Mrs. Zula Carnahan, Homer City RD 4; and Mrs. John (Gaye) Wiggins, Indiana.
Friends will be received at the Bodenhorn and Shaffer Funeral Home. 310 S. 2nd St., Apollo, this evening 7-9 p.m., Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. until time of service at 1:30 p.m. from the funeral home with the Rev. Carl Holm, First Church of God, N. Apollo, officiating. Interment in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
