Funeral services for Zillah Ent will be held at 2 PM, Monday, December 20, 2004, at Nevenhoven Funeral Home, Brooklyn. Rev. John Reynolds Jr., Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will officiate. Honorary casket-bearers will be Mike Roudabush, Greg Roudabush, Scott Roudabush, Brian Roudabush, Connie Byers, Calvin Roudabush, Kirk Roudabush, Eric Roudabush, Jason Roudabush, Chris Roudabush, and Todd Roudabush. Interment will be in Brooklyn Memorial Cemetery at a later date.

Zillah Alice Roudabush Ent was born June 19, 1915, in Brooklyn, Iowa and died Friday, December 17, 2004, at Brooklyn Community Estates, Brooklyn, IA. Her parents were Gordon G. Roudabush and Gerturde A. Doty Roudabush.
Zillah received her education in Brooklyn graduating from high school in 1933. On October 8th, 1935, she was married to Donald Overton Ent in Monmouth, Illinois.
They lived in Newton until Don went into the navy. While Don was in the navy Zillah lived with her parents in Brooklyn where she worked at the telephone office and United Food Market. When Don returned they lived in Oakdale and Iowa City returning to Brooklyn in 1950.
Mrs. Ent was a member of the First Presbyterian Church; Eastern Star; Legion Auxiliary; Columbian Club; and National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
Her parents, her husband who died February 24, 2000 and a brother, John Roudabush, preceded her in death.
Survivors include four nephews and their wives, Dean and Mary Jane Roudabush of Columbus, Ohio, Roger and Nancy Roudabush of Brooklyn, IA, Loren and Carol Roudabush of Brooklyn, IA and Lyle and Carolyn Roudabush of Grinnell; great niece Connie Byers; and great nephews Mike Roudabush Greg Roudabush, Scott Roudabush, Grian Roudabush, Calvin Roudabush, Kirk Roudabush, Eric Roudabush, Jason Roudabush, Chris Roudabush, and Todd Roudabush; other relatives and friends.
