"FORDYCE - Clois Gray Rothwell, 80, of Fordyce died Thursday, July 19, 2007, at UAMS in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Rothwell lived a life focused on faith, family and friends. He was born May 14, 1927, in Chambersville, Ark. He was Navy World War II veteran. Mr. Rothwell was also member of First Baptist Church in Fordyce where he was an Honorary Life Deacon.

"He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse Rothwell and Edna Gray Rothwell; one brother, Raymond Rothwell; and his first wife, Arley Ruth Rothwell. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Fawcett Rothwell of Fordyce; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Melanie Rothwell of Arkadelphia, John and Missy Rothwell of Dallas, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Ruthie and Tom Andrus of Plano, Texas; children by marriage and their spouses, Angela and Stu Willibey of Searcy, Clark and Miranda Fawcett of Fordyce, and Leann and Rob Savage of Arkadelphia; 12 grandchildren, Stephen and Mary Rothwell, Travis and Brooke Rothwell, Matt and Michael Andrus, Sam Willibey, Haley and Clint Fawcett, Matt, Taylor, and Ethan Savage.

"Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Food Pantry. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Fordyce with Rev. Ken Shaddox and Rev. Stacy Reed officiating.
