Born in Brechin, Scotland, graduated a Life Member of CSF from high school and Magna Cum Laude from Woodbury College. She married Heinz Albert Behrendt. They had two children, Marilyn Beth and Albert Ross. Their grandchildren are Bradley Behrendt, William Samson, Sarah Stouffer, and David Samson. Their great-grandchildren are Nikayla and Jack Samson. She was active in community service and church work, serving in PTA, Women's Guild, Church and Scouts. In her final years she was active in NARFE, WIN, and Keenagers. We will miss her.
