She was a member of the Woman's Club, the Business and Professional
Women's Club, the King's Daughters, Eastern Star, all of Murphysboro,
and the Jewish Auxiliary in Benton. She followed the Jewish Orthodox faith.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Esther, 14, and
Rose Lee; a brother, Emanuel; and sisters, Mrs. Bessie Keaner and Mrs.
Evelyn Orenstein, both of St. Louis, Mo
